Many small businesses need a customized database application to track time logged on jobs in a variety of ways depending on the business type. The Time Tracking and Billing application is a custom designed application that meets the needs of our business quite nicely. Some of the functions it performs include:

  • entry and editing of clients and client contact info
  • ability to assign multiple contracts per client
  • ability to assign multiple jobs per client/contract
  • detailed time data entry interface to capture as much detail as necessary
  • reporting functionality by client/contract & job or combinations
  • invoice creation functionality in a variety of user defined invoice types
  • print invoice to pdf, save as file or email
